This site is intended to display a reasonable approximation of best practice in web design, using HTML 4.01 (transitional) and CSS.
Thus, it should work just fine in MS Internet Explorer (MSIE) 5+ or Netscape 6+, Opera, Mozilla and so on. It will also work just fine in MSIE/Netscape 3 because all the style info will fall off, leaving you with crispy clean text.
This site is specifically not designed for MSIE/Netscape 4, specifically Netscape 4.x. Life's too short to recode every page to cater to their idiot idiosyncracies. If youhave a version 4 browser, you can either:

- upgrade to a modern browser of your choice.
