Home	I get migraines from time to time.  Generally they are not very severe, an average headache with an ill gut feeling.  In 1973 for almost exaclty 12 months I would get a migraine roughly once a month preceded by seeing dots which interfered with my vision.  I didn't get them again until about 1999 again for about a year, not regular though.  This time they were preceded by a growing spiral fractal.  Just recently (2003) I had another migraine preceded by a similar growing fractal, but this time a different shape.  I have attempted to draw my impression of it below.  It is a little more animated than the drawing suggests.
