View from the street

Our home is a very solid 3 bedroom house with bathroom and ensuite. It comes fully furnished and equipped. All you need is your clothes.

Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and leads through a nursery/study into the ensuite. The 2^nd bedroom is currently fitted with two single beds, while the 3^rd bedroom has one single bed.

The kitchen is only one year old and has a gas oven/cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, lots of cupboard space, and a huge pantry.

The laundry includes a 7kg washing machine and a clothes dryer.

The dining/lounge areas look out onto the back deck/bbq area and beyond to the roses, Australian natives and kids play area.

Heating is provided by ducted gas heating.

TV and broadband internet are available via the installed cable.

Finally, we’ll leave the chickens for you if you so desire!
